Danja has over twenty years of experience in companies such as Beiersdorf/Nivea, L’Oréal, D-reizen, and BNP Paribas. In recent years, she has held executive positions and became the first female director twice. All of this while balancing motherhood. With this background and experience, she knows exactly the obstacles ambitious women face. Now, she coaches ambitious women to achieve their career goals by staying true to themselves.

The Workshop.

At the EmpowHER workshop, you’ll learn how to harness your feminine leadership as a strength. You’ll gain clarity on who you are, what your superpower is, and what your added value is. You’ll also learn how to overcome limiting thoughts and how to make yourself much more visible and audible because you know how to convey your story in an impactful way.

After the workshop, you’ll have a clear vision of what you want, who you want to be, and how you want others to see you. You’ll understand where your strengths lie, how to effectively advance your career, and how to create peace and balance along your career path.
