Day of Leadership

NCD presents the Day of Leadership on the 7th April 2022. This is a hybrid programme including an online talk show with personal stories from inspiring leaders from the business world. There are also live sessions about current themes and with thought leaders in different themes. You don’t want to miss out on this day!

Leaders for leaders

A better world starts with good leadership! This is something we believe at NCD which is why we want to continue improving the level of leadership in the Netherlands. This is a goal that the Day of Leadership contributes to.

Leaders actively seek connections with each other as well as the outside world. Leaders are also usually open-minded as well as innovative. This is why they celebrate the power of diversity and inclusion. They start a discussion where necessary but are also able to pick up new things and give meaning to them. The Day of Leadership is exactly the place for this. You are welcome on the Thursday 7th April either in-person or online.

Our current challenges demand a different type of leadership: digital leadership. What is digital leadership? Digital leaders have a customer-centric approach, are flexible, are connectors, always think ‘outside-in’, have a strong ‘growth mindset’ and an equally strong ability to adapt. But what does this mean exactly and is there something more that the current day and age demands from digital leaders? Newpeople’s Hanneke Rinkes and Nienke Janse talk you through this topic based on a number of practical examples.
