Newpeople expands its team with Evelyn Boks and Michael Roosendaal

Amsterdam, 12th January 2022 – Today, executive search and interim solutions company, Newpeople, has announced the addition of two new executives to its team. This means the Amsterdam-based thought leader when it comes to digital leadership, is further expanding. Evelyn Boks is starting as Director of Interim Solutions and Michael Roosendaal has been appointed as Executive Director of Executive Search.

Evelyn Boks (43) will be responsible for commercial interim solutions at digital growth companies, including tech scale-ups. In this role, she matches the right kind of interim leadership to organisations’ specific challenges. Before joining Newpeople, Boks worked at NGO Max Foundation, the Van Gogh Museum and Talpa media, amongst others. In her most recent position at StartUpInvest she was responsible for setting up a crypto currency network for a variety of start-ups and scale-ups.

Sparring with clients and people in interim roles is what really gives me energy” says Boks. “The rapidly changing market means that Dutch organisations are thinking about their digital leadership more than ever. Newpeople has a clear vision and really challenges organisations to look at their teams and their leadership differently.”

Michael Roosendaal (45) has started at Newpeople in the role of Executive Director Executive Search. In this role he offers advice about questions related to organisational development and talent development and works in close collaboration with CEOs, CFOs, CHROs and commercial leaders. Roosendaal used to be Managing Partner at search bureau Top of Minds. Aside from that, Roosendaal worked for corporate as well as private equity organisations where he focussed on transforming companies and business units on a global scale.
