As Director Executive Search you are, together with the team, responsible for expanding the customer portfolio and independently carrying out the Executive Search process.

As Director Executive Search you are a networker who wants to see results in connecting the ‘new’ leaders in organizations in order to realize digital transformation and/or growth. In this you bring your own network at management and C-level of both potential clients and candidates. You have +/- 10 years of experience as a (Sr.) Consultant in Executive Search, (Strategy) Consulting or Human Capital or you bring substantive knowledge through senior experience within Digital Strategy and/or Digital Business Development.
